Delicious Keto Pizza with No Almond and Coconut flour

Made my own Keto pizza and it’s to die for!!! No almond and coconut flour so easy to make!!!! It taste like a cheesy pan crust pizza.

Have you ever tried low carb keto pizza cheesy crust? You guys, it’s unbelievably similar to “real” pizza! You really can’t tell it’s gluten-free and keto pizza. It even has that chewy quality that’s so difficult to achieve with low carb baked goods. I have to admit, I was pretty excited the first time I tried this Keto pizza.

This Keto pizza is famous in the low carb world. If you miss pizza since going low carb, then Keto Pizza is for you. It is grain free, gluten free, low carb and incredibly filling. There is no almond flour and coconut flour – that’s it!

My children now prefer this to regular pizza, and they make it themselves.

One of the best things we can do as a parent is to teach our children to cook, bake and experiment with eating new and exciting recipes. It is a gift we can pass to our children for the rest of their lives. Cooking is a life skill, ordering pizza from an app isn’t – although you may beg to differ on that one.

There’s a reason pizza crust is such a staple for a keto diet plan. It’s super easy to make, and the best part is that the texture is very close to real pizza!

Even though this keto pizza crust is a little on the high side when it comes to calories, but you’ll be surprised at how filling it is. Most people agree it’s well worth it, and you end up eating less, too.

Taste: taste like cheesy pan pizza and doesn’t taste egg at all.

Texture: slightly crispy before the toppings and gooey when its all done.

I really hope i answered all the questions. I just wanted to share something i made that turned out good.


Heat the oven 450f / 230c

The crust:

Mix 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup cheddar or if you find the mix one even better about 500g, 3 eggs and mix them all together. 
(You don’t need to beat the eggs, just crack them to the cheese and mix it with a fork)

In a pan place a parchment paper and put the mix make it your liking, round or rectangle. I just put mine and spread it all over the pan and bake it for 10 mins. Watch it carefully though. You want it crispy on the edge and gooey then after 10 mins, remove it and cool it down for 5-10 mins until its no longer hot.

(The crust is a bit crispy and gooey can’t keep it longer cos otherwise it will burn. Try to lower the temperature and keep it longer but i haven’t tried that so i don’t know. I don’t think you could really make it crispy cos you will still put toppings and more cheese in the end). 

The next step is, remove the parchment paper before you mix your topping (cos i forgot to remove it and got so soft under the pizza lol)

Then mix the tomato sauce toppings of your choice, on this one I put chorizo salami red onions and button mushroom and scattered more mozzarela cheese.

Then when your done putting your topping put your pizza back in the oven at the same temperature and put it to broil and broil it for 5 mins or until the cheese have melted and a golden brown then just let it rest a bit then your good to go ??????

P.s. don’t put too much tomato sauce just enough cos otherwise it will make your pizza a bit soggy ..!
